Configure notifications

You can configure notifications vía Telegram, Pushover or the system:

Enable notifications vía Telegram

To enable notifications via Telegram:

1. Settings en Telegram:
   1. Search in Telegram the user @botfather
      1. Press START button
      2. Create a new Bot typing and sending the command /newbot
      3. Telegram will ask for the name. Type it and sent it. Example: AstreoBot
      4. It will ask the username for your bot. It must end in “bot”, for example astreonoti_bot.
      5. Telegram will provide you the Token, something like this: 787916080:AHzxdj23CnMuYasdfSsVtueFg5PYtPG9UyA
   2. Search in Telegram the user  @myidbot
      1. Press START button
      2. Type /getid to get the Chat ID
      3. Telegram will provide you the Chat ID. For example: 622058715
   3. Go to you new bot, for example @astreonoti_bot and type /start
2. Settings in AstreoBot control panel:
   1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
   2. Click Edit button for Telegram and configure this parameters:
      • Token: Token provided by Telegram.
      • Chat ID: Chat ID provided by Telegram.
      • Enable the toogles as you want:
        • Notify when creating Buy Order
        • Notify when creating Sell Order
        • Notify when creating average order
        • Notify when canceling order
        • Notify when applying StopLoss
        • Notify when applying Panic Sell
        • Enabled
   3. Press on Edit button.

Enable notifications vía Pushover

To enable notifications vía Pushover:

1. Settings pushover.net :
   1. Go to https://pushover.net/ and log in with your user and password.
   2. Under Your User Key you’ll find your User, for example uS29n2Xep8mhyREinayAH7HNZ4aPMf
   3. Under Your Devices you’ll find the Name of the device.
   4. Go to Create an Application/API Token and complete the following fields:
      1. Name must be something short, for example AstreoBot.
      2. Description, its optional, to describe the aplication
      3. URL, can be empty.
      4. Icon, you can add an image to your aplication.
      5. Accept the terms and conditions.
      6. Click the Create application button.
      7. Pushover will provide you the Token, for example as47xk4fasdh9g22r1wd9dds5878retk
2. Settings in AstreoBot control panel:
   1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
   2. Click Edit button for Pushover and complete the following fields:
      • User: User provided by Pushover account under Your User Key title.
      • Token: Token provided by Pushover account when you create the application.
      • Device: Name of the device receiving the notifications, provided by Pushover under Your Devides title.
      • Sound: Sound played on the device
      • Enable the toogles as you want:
        • Notify when creating Buy Order
        • Notify when creating Sell Order
        • Notify when creating average order
        • Notify when canceling order
        • Notify when applying StopLoss
        • Notify when applying Panic Sell
        • Enabled
   3. Press on Edit button.

Enable system notifications

To enable system notifications:

1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
2. Click Edit button for System and enable options as needed:
   • Notify when creating Buy Order
   • Notify when creating Sell Order
   • Notify when creating average order
   • Notify when canceling order
   • Notify when applying StopLoss
   • Notify when applying Panic Sell
   • Enabled
3. Press on Edit button.
